Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in accordance with their care plans
- Confer with physicians, patients, family members, and other staff involved in patient care
- Communicate with patients and families about patient education and progress
- Review and maintain clinical records required for patient care and progress
- Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance with state and federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A current license as an LPN in the state of Kansas
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
