Location: Topeka, KS. Do you like working with youth, assisting in the development of leadership and life skills? Then Pathway Family Services has the job for you! We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to add to our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical and emotional support to children in residential treatment for mental/behavioral health concerns.
• Participate in children’s care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments.
• Coordinate medication management care.
• Conduct nursing education groups.
• Respond to physical wellness concerns of residents.
• Act as a consultant with direct care staff and doctors to assist with the physical wellbeing of children.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Kansas.
• In‑office position.
• Must be 21 years of age and at least 3 years older than the oldest resident.
• Valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency or personal vehicle to transport clients.
• Drivers’ insurance required.
• Eligible for credentialing with Kansas Medicaid for billing needs.
