Responsibilities
- Monitor and record residents' responses and behaviors during treatments.
- Provide counsel and education to resident's, their families, and other health care providers.
- Support resident's participation in their own care.
- Help resident's meet their goals for daily living.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-PN exam.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Pay
- Full-time LPN: $10,000.00 sign-on bonus.
- Part-time LPN: $5,000.00 sign-on bonus.
