About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community located at 2375 Sinsinawa Rd, Hazel Green, WI 53811 (20 minutes from Platteville). The LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse, delivering compassionate care in a long‑term skilled nursing and short‑term rehabilitation setting for older adults.
Available Opportunities
- Part‑Time Evening Shift (PM) – 0.6 FTE, 8‑hour shifts and every other weekend
- Full‑Time Overnight Shift (NOC) – 12‑hour NOC shift, 6 PM‑6 AM, every other weekend
- PRN – All shifts, flexible scheduling to meet your needs
Compensation
$28 – $35 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin
- Active CPR certification
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
