Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist with daily living activities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Requirements
- State of Vermont nursing license, required (Reimbursement for out-of-state transfer available)
- Proficiency in English, required
- Previous LPN experience is preferred, but not required
- Weekend and Holiday Pick-Up Shift bonuses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LPN program
- Current CPR certification
