About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, assisting with personal hygiene, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident independence.
- Document resident care in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- State of Connecticut nursing license, required.
- Proficiency in English, required.
- Previous LPN experience is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
