Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist with daily living activities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Document resident progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Qualifications
- State of Connecticut nursing license, required
- Proficiency in English, required
- Previous LPN experience is preferred, but not required

Pay
Projected total annual compensation is up to $83,110 based on actual average earnings by current LPNs and includes overtime and other paid wages.
