About the role
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that delivers exceptional care to residents and fosters a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Assist with daily living activities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Document patient progress and observations accurately
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- State of Connecticut nursing license
- Proficiency in English
- Previous LPN experience is preferred, but not required
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred
- Experience with medical equipment and supplies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Hourly Pay Rate: $31.83
Projected total annual compensation is up to $79,164 based on actual average earnings by current LPNs and includes overtime and other paid wages.
