About the role

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that delivers exceptional care to residents and fosters a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs)
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Administer medications as prescribed
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Document patient progress and observations accurately
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

  • State of Connecticut nursing license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Previous LPN experience is preferred, but not required

Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred
  • Experience with medical equipment and supplies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

  • Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available
  • All shifts

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate: $31.83

Projected total annual compensation is up to $79,164 based on actual average earnings by current LPNs and includes overtime and other paid wages.
