About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct participant care, supports providers during examinations and procedures, and assists with care coordination in a clinic setting. This role ensures efficient patient flow, delivers high-quality nursing care within scope of practice, and supports clinical operations to promote positive participant outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct participant care

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• 1-2 years’ experience as an LPN required
• CPR certification maintained throughout employment
• Strong clinical assessment and observational skills
• Maintains professional boundaries and participant confidentiality
