Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team, providing quality patient care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. As an essential team member, the LPN will monitor and report patient condition changes, assign duties, instruct, and supervise CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report patient condition changes
• Assign duties to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Instruct and supervise CNAs

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current active license in applicable state
• CPR certification (to be maintained)
• Preferred: At least one year of skilled nursing experience
