Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Wilkes Dialysis Center in N. Wilkesboro, NC. Up to $8,000 sign-on bonus offered, based on experience.

With 35 years of experience, HSM is recognized for high-quality patient care, physician collaboration, and efficient operations. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated LPNs to join our Dialysis Team.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Acts as Team Lead, when necessary, in work assignment.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the age/developmental status of the patient.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.

This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available at this time).

Pay

$26–$38 per hour.
