Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Key responsibilities include providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating with healthcare team members. Qualifications required are an active LPN license, at least one year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, a recent PPD test, and the ability to meet physical demands with or without accommodation.
