Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Freedom Village at Brandywine is seeking a Part-Time LPN to join our skilled nursing facility, working 11:00pm - 7:00am. The starting range for this position is $30/hour or more based on experience, with additional shift differential of $4/hr. for Weekday Evenings and Nights, and $6/hr. for all weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promote independent lifestyles.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in accordance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in coordinating nursing care with other disciplines.

Requirements

• A current nursing license valid in the state worked.
• A willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.
