Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing clinical team. Opportunities are available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions across all shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights). A limited-time Weekend Baylor Program is also available for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Weekend Baylor Program – Limited Time Opportunity
Available for new hires between June 23, 2026, and July 23, 2026.
Work 32 hours each weekend and get paid for 40 hours. Complete four weekend shifts and receive pay equivalent to five shifts. Must work all scheduled Baylor shifts to qualify for Baylor pay incentives.
Baylor Schedule Options
Option 1
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Option 2
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
