Role Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a collaborative care team supporting residents in a specialized brain injury program. The LPN will provide direct patient care, monitor health status, and work closely with nursing leadership to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current license or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $33.00 to $38.50 per hour, with shift differentials up to $9.50/hour.
