About the role
Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is committed to providing exceptional care to our residents while fostering a professional, supportive, and team-oriented environment. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and accurately order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
- Provide personalized care aligned with each resident’s individualized care plan.
- Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, treatments, and other essential duties.
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation of resident observations and care outcomes.
- Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care is preferred, but not required.
