Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and administer medications
- Support residents’ daily health and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Maintain a safe, compliant care environment
Requirements
- Current Oregon LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
- Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Schedule
NOC Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
- Days (Mon–Thu, 6 am–2 pm): $4/hr differential
- Evenings (Mon–Thu, 2 pm–10 pm): $6/hr differential
- Nights (Mon–Thu, 10 pm–6 am): $8/hr differential
- Weekends (Fri 6 am–Sun 10 pm): $9/hr differential
