About the role
As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will oversee daily nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure care plans are followed with professionalism and compassion. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise nursing care for residents
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
- Perform general nursing and medication administration duties
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN license in the state of employment
- Experience or strong knowledge in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Pay
$37.00–$45.00 per hour (DOE), plus a $3.00/hour NOC shift differential. Student loan reimbursement available.
Schedule
Full-time day and NOC shifts available. Rotation schedule with weekend requirement.
