About the role
Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care in a 192-bed skilled nursing facility in Casper, WY. This role supports both long-term care and short-term rehab residents.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and report changes in resident health
- Auxiliary in the development and implementation of care plans
- Maintain documentation and follow facility protocols
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Wyoming
- New grad? We'll train you!
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus
