About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Physicians.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient’s condition and needs
- Administer medications as ordered
- Monitor vital signs and report changes
- Prepare and assist with patient treatments
- Document patient care in medical records
Requirements
- Current Ohio LPN license
- One year of related healthcare experience preferred
