Job Summary
Spearfish Canyon Healthcare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their skilled nursing facility. The position offers a retention bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care for residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with facility protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
- Support and implement individualized resident care plans while ensuring resident dignity, preferences, and rights are respected
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by South Dakota required
- BLS certification from the AHA required
