Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing healthcare management company focused on managing and operating skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Ohio. Whispering Pines, part of the Eden Senior Care network, is a five‑star skilled nursing facility in Ripon, Wisconsin that earned deficiency‑free annual health surveys in 2021 and 2022. We are recruiting positive, reliable full‑time and part‑time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with the physician, nursing supervisor, and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

Requirements

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long‑term care setting (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented with a professional, caring approach toward residents, families, and staff.
• Natural problem solver who handles everyday challenges with a positive attitude.

Pay

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Shift differentials: $1.00/hour for PM and night shifts on weekdays; $1.50/hour for PM and night shifts on weekends; $1.00/hour for day shifts on weekends.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Shifts include day, evening (PM), and night (NOC) with weekend coverage.
