Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

DocGo disrupts the traditional four-wall healthcare system by providing high quality, highly affordable care to patients where and when they need it.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and monitoring to patients in their homes
• Navigate conversations related to health, well-being, medication management, and goals of care
• Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses
• Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training team
• Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics
• Practice with cultural sensitivity and compassion
• Lead your practice with a patient-centered approach

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted NJ State LPN license
• Phlebotomy experience
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Active and current American Heart Association BLS
• Valid Driver's License in state of residency with 2+ years of driving experience, and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
• Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience, preferred
• Clinical work experience with pediatrics, preferred
• Fluently bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
