Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare team, and perform additional duties as needed.
