Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities

• Give direct patient care according to the therapeutic plan of care developed by the supervising registered nurse under physician's orders.
• Administer prescribed medications as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act in the State of New Jersey, consistent with physician's orders.
• Record nurses' notes and other documentation required in client's chart upon observation.
• Revise patient's care plan as directed by supervising nurse.
• Reinforces teaching/instructions given to patient and caregivers by the physician, and/or supervising Nurse.
• Utilize universal precautions and required safety measures to complete required procedures.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey

A competitive salary ranging from $34 to $38 hourly.
