Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Pay

Competitive pay: earn between $31 – $39.30/hr. based on experience. Reciprocity fee reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license for the state of Connecticut.
