Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule
- Full-time day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Full-time and part-time evening shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Shift differential pay of $2.00 an hour for hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM and all weekend shifts. Pick-up shift bonus available.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN or RN program
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in Illinois
- Previous experience as a long-term care nurse preferred
- Proficient in the use of computers and facility-specific programs
- CPR certification at the healthcare provider level
- Sufficient written and verbal communication skills for instructions, charting, and confidentiality
