About the role
Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their skilled nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Accurately transcribe and follow physician orders
- Order medications and supplies in accordance with facility policies
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
- Review and update care plans and resident profiles as needed
- Complete required documentation each shift per facility guidelines
- Participate in nursing report at shift change to ensure continuity of care
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Caregiver with a compassionate approach to resident care
Shift Available
- Full-Time/hybrid: 11pm – 7am & 3pm - 11pm
Pay
Salary is based on experience.
