About the role
As an LPN at Linwood, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, supervising Nursing Assistants, and working closely with the RN Supervisor to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
Schedule
- Full-Time/hybrid: 11pm – 7am & 3pm - 11pm
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Accurately transcribe and follow physician orders
- Order medications and supplies in accordance with facility policies
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
- Review and update care plans and resident profiles as needed
- Complete required documentation each shift per facility guidelines
- Participate in nursing report at shift change to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Compassionate approach to resident care
Pay
Salary is based on experience.
