About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on promoting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report patient condition changes.
• Assign and supervise duties for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Deliver compassionate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing.
• Ability to make independent decisions and deliver competent care.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
