Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem work in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare team, and perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, PPD within the last year, and ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
