Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is actively hiring LPN Team Members for our skilled nursing facility.

Pay

• Base rate: $28.33–$31.90 per hour
• $0.75 shift differential for evening and night shifts
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Daily Pay access through a trusted third-party provider

Responsibilities

• Collect required information from new residents at admission
• Record residents’ health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administer medications and injections as needed
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output

Requirements

• Ability to work as a team member
• Valid New York State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry
