About the role
We are looking for an LPN to work 2 shifts a week on our overnight shift.
Pay
Base rate is $33.54 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. A $2,500 Sign-On Bonus is offered.
Schedule
Shifts: 11PM–7AM
Responsibilities
- Collect required information from new residents for admission.
- Record residents’ health details, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required.
- Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Must be in good standing with State Registry.
