Pay
Base rate is $28.84 – $30.87 with an $0.75 additional shift differential for evening and nights. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is now being offered.
Schedule
Day and evening shifts are available. Daily pay options are provided through a trusted third-party provider for faster access to earnings.

Responsibilities
- Collect required information from new residents to be admitted
- Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administer medications and injections to residents as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
- Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
- Ability to work as a team member
- Valid NY State LPN license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
