Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Slate Valley Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Granville, NY. We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay through a trusted third-party provider, giving you faster access to your earnings.
Pay
Base rate $26–$34 per hour, with an additional $0.65 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities
- Collect required information from new residents to be admitted
- Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administer medications and injections to residents as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
- Help residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid LPN state license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
