What You’ll Do
- Give medications as prescribed by the physician
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging
- Give injections and immunizations
- Take medical histories and document in the EMR
- Deliver quality, compassionate nursing care to every resident
What You Need
- A current LPN license in Indiana
- A graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Strong clinical judgment and customer service skills
