Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team in a resident-focused skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients to promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
• Assigning duties, instructing, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program and active licensure in the applicable state
• Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
• CPR certification (must be current during employment)
• Ability to make independent decisions and deliver competent care
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
