Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join our exceptional team at CareCore at Westmoreland as we expand our staff of dedicated caregivers. We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to provide high-quality care alongside our already outstanding team.

Schedule

• Full-time: 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am (12-hour shifts with shift differentials)
• PRN (as-needed) positions available
• Consistent schedules and assignments
• No mandated shifts

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care, including IV therapy, treatments, wound care, and medication administration, per physician orders and patient care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Oversee and support the activities of nursing assistants.

Requirements

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Strong documentation skills; experience with PointClickCare is a plus.
• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
