Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Care Options for Kids is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care in pediatric patients' homes. The role emphasizes one-on-one care, stability, and support.

Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
• Manage behavioral health needs with confidence
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency
• Follow Clear plans of care with RN oversight
• Ensure PPE is provided in every home visit
• Comply with CDC safety guidelines

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical examination from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

Previous behavioral health experience is strongly preferred.
