LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Non-exempt hourly position.
Pay
$22.32 – $33.48 per hour based on relevant experience. Eligible for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

About the Role
This position is responsible for assessing patient and family health problems and resources, and taking a leadership role in the development, implementation, and outcome evaluations of the plan of care provided by the nursing team. Duties include providing direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Missions of Blessing Health Systems. ICARE standards must be demonstrated, and adherence to the Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
Under the supervision of an RN and in cooperation with other nursing staff, this role provides direct care to an assigned group of patients across all age populations. It requires active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital and demonstrating behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP).
Requirements
- Graduate of an LPN School of Nursing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintains current BLS certification
- Possesses current state LPN license
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of Blessing Hospital LPN IV course
- Previous clinic experience
- IV Certification
