Key Responsibilities

• Supervise CNA, CMA, Nurse Aide staff members in performing care and administering medicine.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Assist with resident assessments and monitor changes in conditions.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements

• Current South Dakota LPN license.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as required, including every other weekend.
• Compassion and dedication to delivering high-quality care.

$6,000 Retention Bonus Available!

Schedule

Full-time, 12-Hour Overnight shifts.
