Job Description

As the LPN on the BILH Primary Care team, you will assist in delivering high quality, safe clinical care. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to enhance patient satisfaction and provider efficiency. Key duties include:

• Assisting in the delivery of high quality, safe clinical care.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to manage patient schedules and ensure timely patient care.
• Taking patient vital signs and documenting medical history in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Providing patients and families with medical information to improve patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• Licensed Practical Nursing degree required.
• Current license to practice nursing from the Massachusetts board of registration.
• Maintain BLS certification.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to meet patient needs.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.58 per hour. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, job responsibilities, and geographic location. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate due to shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
