Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
• Deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse, including admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status.
• Administer medications.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Must have LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
