Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to help patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, while monitoring and reporting changes in their condition.
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) daily to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- An active license in your state
- CPR certification
Preferred qualifications
- At least one year of skilled nursing experience
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills
- Earn excellent patient service
- Show a positive attitude
