About the role
Deliver quality nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Assign duties, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensure patients attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards
- Provide compassionate care and support patient well-being through effective team collaboration
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current and active LPN licensure
- CPR certification
- One year of skilled nursing experience (preferred)
