New Responsibilities
- Avoids infection control violations.
- Assists in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
- Serves as a liaison between residents/patients and families.
- Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participates in their evaluation.
- Oversees Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
- Provides nursing services.
- Conducts and documents a thorough evaluation of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
