Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care electronically using tablets provided in each patient's home
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences
- Participate in ongoing professional development and skill advancement
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
- Hold current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- Pass TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Have six months prior hands-on nursing experience
- Have reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an LPN
- Current CPR certification required (Aveanna can assist with obtaining this requirement after hire)

Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
