About the role

Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes
Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Connecticut
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
