About the Role

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents and observe and report changes in condition
- Contribute to assessments and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing care
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program
- Current or pending LPN licensure
- Current BLS/CPR certification as required
