About the Role
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Collaborate with registered nurses and clinical leadership
- Follow care plans to ensure safety and comfort during care delivery
- Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines
- Utilize PPE and work within a team focused on nurse safety
- Access clinical support 24/7
- Manage shifts via an employee portal
- Participate in training and preceptor programs
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license
- TB test
- BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care
